Determine fair market rent for the premises in coordination with the landlord.
Advertise if and when necessary at the Agents Discretion.
Select suitable tenants and regulate orderly allocation.
Prepare Tenancy / Lease agreements
Prepare an account for the monies received to the landlord on a monthly basis.
Regularly inspect the property & submit reports.
Attend to tenants’ complaints relating to the property, and forward to the landlord.
Supervision of security contracts to ensure delivery of quality services.
Facilitate payment of common services e.g garbage collection/water/electricity
Coordination of repairs and maintenance to the building.
Advising the landlord on possible improvements to the building.
Ensure that the tenants adhere to the lease/tenancy agreement.
